At The Last Survivor, our goal is to offer you high-quality products and reliable customer support. Your satisfaction is important to us. Because we sell both physical products and digital products, different return and refund rules apply depending on the type of item purchased. Cancellation Policy
Any modifications or cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify your order because it may already be processed, prepared for shipment, fulfilled, or, in the case of digital products, delivered or made accessible.
If your cancellation request is approved within 24 hours and before fulfillment or delivery has occurred, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items, including downloadable guides, documents, educational materials, and other digital content, are final once access has been granted, the file has been delivered, or the product has been downloaded.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products after delivery or access, except where required by applicable law.

Return Policy for Physical Products
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible physical items returned in their original packaging and unused condition. We do not issue refunds for used, worn, damaged, washed, altered, or misused items, except where the item arrived damaged or defective.
To request a return for a physical product, please email us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and the reason for the return. All returns must be approved by our team before the item is sent back.
Approved returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please include your order number and shipping name in your return package to help us process your return promptly. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
If a non-approved item is returned without a valid reason, in used condition, or outside the allowed return period, we reserve the right to reject the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price where permitted.
Refund Processing for Physical Returns
Once we receive your approved return, we may take up to 10 business days to inspect the returned item or items. If the return is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
If you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed but have not yet received the funds, please contact your bank, card provider, or payment provider first.
Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency where possible. We are not responsible for losses caused by foreign exchange fluctuations, bank fees, payment processor fees, or other charges applied by your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law:

Product Concerns
We take product quality and customer safety seriously and encourage customers to use all products safely, responsibly, and in accordance with any provided instructions, warnings, care information, and all available resources on our website.
With respect to informational, educational, survival, emergency, or preparedness-related content sold through our store, all such content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or safety advice. Any use of such information is at your own risk.
Failure to follow proper use, care, handling, or safety instructions may result in damage, injury, or unsatisfactory results, for which we cannot be held responsible. Any refund, replacement, or other resolution in such cases will remain at our sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully package physical products to help prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a verified manufacturing defect, arrives physically broken, or arrives in a condition that makes it unusable. Damage to outer packaging alone, where the product remains intact and usable, is not considered product damage.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report such an issue, please email contact@thelastsurvivor.store and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo evidence where applicable.
We will review the claim and determine, in our sole discretion, whether you are eligible for a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution. We do not accept claims for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper handling, misuse, or use contrary to instructions.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible. However, we are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by couriers, customs, local delivery disruptions, force majeure events, inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer, or other issues arising after dispatch.
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the courier first, where appropriate. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after confirmed shipment or delivery, except as required by applicable law.
